Its location provides easy access to local Brewster & Orleans beaches as well as the tranquility of nearby Owl Pond. This lovely, newly furnished 3 bedroom home has 2 full bathrooms, an updated kitchen with wonderful views and an open feeling. The living room, dining room and sunroom are all attached to the kitchen and allow guests to spread out and still be connected when inside.
The outdoor has a patio is a private oasis with an outdoor table, umbrella, gas grill and more. A sitting area in the backyard hosts a propane firepit and another spot has a pair of chaise lounge chairs ready and waiting. The outdoor shower beckons as well just around the side of the house.

Take advantage of the secluded setting - perfect for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun!

"This house was very clean, and had all the amenities you'd want including modern appliances, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs and even a gas firepit. I would highly recommend this property, and the communication with the property manager was also quick when we had a question about the firepit.

"We liked everything - the location, all the amenities, bikes and kayaks, and towels provided. It was clean, modern, with beautiful landscaping, appliances all newer. Our dog loved the yard too!

"Our family had a great experience in this clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well appointed home. The layout provided two lounging areas so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The central kitchen connects the two areas and was command central for starting each day. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating on the patio but mostly opted to eat at local restaurants. There was a nice variety of restaurants close by. My husband and I particularly enjoyed starting each day with a run on the nearby bike trail and ending them by the gas fire pit perched above the back patio. Nice place!

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely vacation rental in Brewster! The house is very spacious and on a quiet street, very clean with modern features, and has a great open floor plan & an outdoor fire pit where we were able to relax and drink wine by the cozy fire. The property is centrally located right next to Nickerson State Park and close to many shops and restaurants. Outdoor activities such as hiking, bike riding, kayaking and the beach are all within a short distance. The space was just right, kitchen was well-stocked and the host was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!

"My husband and I along with our family really enjoyed staying in this rental home. Not only was the house very welcoming and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen had everything we need to cook and the beds were really comfortable. We were able to grill and eat outside in the private backyard. The location couldn't be better- really close to the state park, beaches, and bike trail. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back with our family.

"We stay in lots of short term rentals because we like to travel, but this property was one of the tops. The home is beautiful, fresh and open, and clean, and the location is peaceful and private. The kitchen is nice and large, well appointed and updated. It has everything you need to cook at home. The bedrooms and baths were nicely appointed, and beds/linens high quality. Comfortable, new furniture throughout. The location is fantastic, with beautiful walking paths, and also close to bike paths to the ponds, parks, and beaches. Very short drive to Brewster shops and restaurants. There was nothing we needed. Exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay again!
