Absolutely Wonderful

"Close proximity to beach and walking to shops makes it very desirable. The house was a pleasure to stay in and has everything one could need for a vacation on the cape. Spacious, comfortable - and welcoming. The outdoor space is incredible with manicured lawn and large deck. A 10/10 for certain. Our family loved this home and thank you for sharing it with us.

"We had a great experience at this beautiful home that has a great layout and location. Bedrooms were very comfortable, bathrooms were great, backyard was awesome, back deck was great! Best of all is the open layout of the kitchen, living room, sitting area and dining area where everyone is together but able to spread out in a comfortable manner, while still being together. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook and serve great meals. Location near downtown Dennis and the beaches made for great walks and access to stores, restaurants and entertainment. Owners and management were great! This place is built for a great time!

DSCHIL – The Perfect home away from home

"Its always a risk when you book a vacation home having never seen the place in advance. Fortunately this years place was a home run! In so many ways it was perfect. The wonderful back yard, the well stocked kitchen, the central a/c, all of the bedrooms, in addition to a perfect location for beach, walk to Village and of course the frequent visit to the Dennis Public Market! The outdoor shower was a great oasis for that post beach cleanup. A perfect Home away from Home...for 2 weeks!!

DSCHIL – Everything you could need and more!

"We spent six weeks in this rental and cannot recommend it enough. This property has so many things going for it: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy furniture, large, private yard with a beautiful deck and patio. The four bedrooms were each a nice size and worked great for separate offices while working from home, or hosting friends/family. While some amenities/restaurants were understandably closed for the off season, we enjoyed the quiet winter with plenty of snow, sunsets at Mayflower Beach, wonderful dinners nearby at The Pheasant and Kender & Sisters, and unique seasonal activities like curling at the Pelham House. We loved being able to explore all of the little towns across the Cape with minimal crowds - especially Chatham and Hyannis. If you stay here, make sure to get some Sundae School Ice Cream from the Dennis Public Market!

"We had a wonderful long weekend in Dennis! The house is awesome - nicely decorated, extremely comfortable, and very clean. The backyard is fantastic. We were two families and had plenty of room to spread out. Great area with easy access to beaches. Highly recommend this house!!!
