Enjoy the privacy of this great three bedroom vintage Cape Cod home that features a large private yard, plenty of parking and is only a short walk to a uncrowded neighborhood beach, playground, and art center. This seacoast neighborhood is a walkers delight. The first level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sunny spacious deck and a fantastic screened in porch. The upstairs has three bedrooms. BR#1 - Queen, BR # 2 - 2 Twins, BR#3 - 2 Twins. Each of the three bedrooms has a wall unit air conditioner. The house has one bathroom with a tub and also includes an outdoor shower. Enjoy a strong WIFI signal and Cable TV. This quiet property in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood is less than 10 miles to downtown Falmouth and Falmouth Harbor with daily ferries to Martha's Vineyard. Only 2 miles away is the Shining Sea Bike Path which is a picturesque 10.6 mile ride to Woods Hole. Miniature Golf, Ice Cream Shops and some of the best Restaurants on Cape Cod are also close by. ****Saturday to Saturday Rentals. **** $175 Reservation Fee and Taxes will be added to rental Rate. ****PETS ARE WELCOME ****

"This cottage was the perfect location on the Cape and was reminiscent of a classic vintage beach house. It was steps from a spot for shellfishing, as well as a small, beautiful hike to a very private sandy area (beach) accessible during low tide. My dog and I enjoyed the back patio, as well as the screened front porch. If you enjoy kayaking, there are so many easy access points within walking distance of this cottage. The house is very private and has a charming back yard perfect for families and friends to gather. There was no need at all for air conditioning, as the ocean breeze blows freely in through the screened windows on the second floor. It was also close to great restaurants, and only a 15 minute drive to downtown Falmouth. I hope to return again! 8/12/2017 at 1:07 PM

"Kevin L 9/9/2017 -9/17/2019 We very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was a great combination of convenience, comfort and charm. The location in Cataumet is ideal, close enough to main roads to get anywhere but far enough away to feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle. We loved that the house has super-fast wifi and all the major kitchen appliances. The house and yard were charming and, despite its rustic appearance, we were very comfortable. The outdoor shower and the comfortable mattresses were great, as was the classic screened porch. Finally, the owners were helpful, gracious and accessible. I hope to return some day and I highly recommend this rental 9/18/2017 at 8:43 AM

FGWYN – Charming spot

"This cottage is charming and was the perfect place for our family’s vacation. The screened-in porch is wonderful, as is the outdoor space. The property is very private and well maintained. The owners are terrifically kind and attentive. We discovered a minor bathroom leak during our stay, and the owner had a plumber onsite to repair the issue within 20 minutes of learning of the leak. Yard games abound croquet, corn hole, etc.). A perfect little clamming spot is just around the corner from the house. We loved the nearby Daily Brew for coffee and breakfast and the local ice cream shop. The Chart Room was an excellent spot for drinks and meals with a beautiful view of the harbor. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend this spot to friends. 6/23/2019 at 1:03 AM

FGWYN – Love this sweet Cape home and location!

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property! We especially loved the large and private yard and the wonderful screened-in porch at the back of the house. The large outdoor shower was also great for removing the sand and salt after a day at the beach. The house was so cozy and comfortable and it was also nice to have linens and towels provided, as well as yard games and beach chairs. I would also like to note how friendly and responsive the owners are. I needed a large knife to slice a watermelon that I bought and right away, the owners brought over a new set of kitchen knives. One other note is that we traveled with our two Labrador Retrievers and they also had a great stay. There was lots of room for them to play in the yard and there is a wonderful trail to walk dogs on right near the house. Other "plusses" to this rental are close proximity to a wonderful places to eat, shop and relax at the beach. There is also a really fun place for children (Lazy Sundaes) right up the road that offers mini golf, bumper boats and an arcade. I highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a quintessential Cape Cod home in a great location! This rental is a gem and a rare find! 8/11/2019 at 10:05 PM

"7/25/2020 -8/1/2020 We really enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage that has everything you need. The decor and little attention to details made our stay even better. Our weather was very hot and the outdoor shower came in very handy as well as huge yard for our dog to play in and explore. Perfectly located to enjoy a few picturesque beaches and also a great place to rent a bike and enjoy the scenic ocean views. The owners so helpful and went beyond being nice to mail back a favorite blanket we left behind. The perfect summer camp to enjoy your vacation on beautiful Cape Cod. Thank you so much for sharing.
