Wonderful stay, great location!

"Wonderful, clean, renovated property in a convenient location for walking paths, bay beaches, and other amenities. The owner and realtor were kind and responsive and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and downstairs allowed plenty of space for a family. Highly recommend!!

"Staying at this house was like staying at a home away from home. It was everything I could have hoped for in a vacation spot. Extremely clean, neat, tidy, and beautifully decorated. If I had my own vacation home in Cape Cod, I would hope it to be half as nice as this place! I had a wonderful time with my boyfriend and another couple and we all slept comfortably, relaxed comfortably, and enjoyed every aspect of the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

"This home was recently remodeled so everything looks and feels new. Not spacious but very comfortable for a vacation stay. Location is super convenient to beach and grocery shopping and a great starting point for all destinations on the cape. Very nice backyard for down time and dining. Owners seem committed to making this a comfortable home and adding more amenities. Kitchen has all new china and cookware, but could use a few more utensils and cookware for those of us who like to cook some meals on vacation: second frying pan, bakeware, mixer, mixing bowls, pitcher. The keurig cups were a very nice touch for those of us who drink coffee but do not use a Keurig at home. We really appreciated the extra refrigerator in the basement; it was great for overflow water and beverages. Also appreciated the vacuum to pick up some sand that we tracked in. "The house was beautiful and cozy. We loved our stay. We were rained in for two of the days we were there, but there were games, a good couch, and a smart tv. We cooked twice and everything we needed to cook was there for us. Will definitely be back!!

"This house was super clean and organized… new pots, dishes, towels, beach towels, beach toys, barbecue. The owner thought of everything to create a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed walking everyday to the boat ramp & beach where the kids could fish & swim. Loved Falmouth’s downtown….cute shops, restaurants, book store, bike path, trolley to Woods Hole was perfect … We will definitely be renting here again.
