Charming and comfortable, in great location

"I am absolutely in love with this charming Cape Cod house and all its wonderful quirkiness! Two families (4 adults, 5 kids) had a very comfortable stay, with teens enjoying the separate bunk room and solo twin upstairs (even without AC in just those two spaces). Sure, the stairs take care and the downstairs bath off the kitchen has an almost comically small sink, but it was perfectly suited for a relaxing week’s vacation! The location provided easy access to the National Seashore (where we mostly enjoyed Marconi and Head of the Meadow, choosing to avoid the rough parking at Nauset Light this year and the unnecessary expense of Wellfleet town beaches), and great to have an outdoor shower upon return! The home is an easy and beautiful walk to the main street of Wellfleet for shopping, ice cream and meals. We even had luck crabbing with a net off Uncle Tom’s bridge. The home’s large porch was an excellent gathering spot (plus helped keep sand and shoes out of the main house) and the yard was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, and stargazing by the fire. Thank you for the hospitality! We hope to return!
